This past Saturday, I along with over 400 other Rotarians was present at the district conference.
Having some driving to do, by six fifteen there was a knock at my door and we were on the road
Greeted on our arrival by a coffee and tea service the day began with a bit of caffeine.
\
After several conferences (and the Rotary anthem) the exchange students were called up to the stage, to sing.Yes! Sing; Les Champs Élysée by Joe Dassin. The shame.. we were off key to say the least.
After that our little group, of internationals took a little trip to a sort of cafeteria and then to the Matra Museum.
Housed in a former industrial building, the Matra Museum lies on a 3300 m2 territory and covers the history of Matra, from road cars for Le Mans (remember my visit at the begining of the year?) and Formula 1 racers.
And that concludes my Saturday evening.
